Realme to soon introduce its 5G smartphone in India

After brands like Oppo, OnePlus, Samsung and Xiaomi, the smartphone manufacturer Realme also announced a 5G device coming from the company. Madhav Seth, the CEO of Realme India has himself confirmed the news that the company is soon going to globally launch a new 5G device in 2019. And, the roll out will take place soon after the announcement of 5G network in India.

Madhav Seth also posted a picture of himself with Sky Li, the founder of Realme, on the company’s official Twitter handle. Besides, the post is hashtag-ed, “5G is Real“.

Meanwhile, Realme X, the phone recently released in China is all set to make an entry into the Indian smartphone market very soon. So, can we expect that the company launches a 5G version of the same device in India? Or, do they have different plans? However, it is confirmed that, to compete with Redmi’s Snapdragon 855 SoC phone, Realme will certainly introduce a smartphone. And, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC will indeed power the device, coupled with Snapdragon X50 Modem. The testing of the phone for 5G network is already underway. Additionally, Madhav Seth has also said that that the company plans to bring the best of technology to India.

Besides, some rumors also have it that the company will launch the Realme X by the moniker “Pro” in India. So, Realme will name the smartphone, the Realme X Pro.
