The Google Pixel 4 has been in the news for quite a few days now, all because of the rumors and leaks on the internet. However, recently Google itself shared an image of its upcoming smartphone, the Pixel 4. The company posted the image of the smartphone on its official Twitter handle. These images in fact reveal a lot of things about the Pixel 4, including its design. Further, the leaks show that the new Pixel 4 is going to have a complete design makeover from its previous devices. Another leak suggests that it could possibly come with gesture controls and true tone display, the kind of which apple has.
The leaked image clearly shows a square shaped camera module at the rear of the smartphone. In addition, 2 camera sensors and a LED flash is also visible. Subsequently, we also see a third sensor, which surely is the depth sensor or the wide angle sensor. Besides, the right bottom of the module has a visible hole, which certainly is the noise cancellation mic.
The Google Pixel 4 will apparently be the first phone among the Pixel series smartphones to feature a multiple camera setup at the rear. While, all the previous devices from the Pixel series phones consisted of a single camera setup at the rear. The images also showcase a power button on one side of the device in Grey. Besides, a G logo from Google is clearly visible at the bottom of the rear panel of the phone.
Meanwhile, absence of a fingerprint sensor on the rear indicates that Google will include an in-display fingerprint sensor on the device. Also, we can expect an advanced face unlock security on the smartphone.
The Google I/O 2019 Keynote, held last month, showcased the next generation Google Assistant, which could be used on the Pixel 4. It is also believed that along with Pixel 4, the company could also introduce Pixel 4 XL in the market. Above all, both these phones will be based on Project Soli (Google ATAP).
A report from XDA Developers clams that the Pixel 4 smartphone could possibly come with the Apple True Tone display. We saw a similar thing in the Android Q coding, which includes an option to control the White balance on the phone’s display. This will works as the Adaptive display on the Pixel smartphones.
