Google has always tried to prove itself with its Pixel smartphone in the market. Be it in terms of battery, camera features, hardware or software specifications. Continuing this trend, Google is going to add two more devices in its lineup of Pixel series smartphones. These are the Pixel 3A and the Pixel 3A XL.
Recently, Flipkart hinted towards the launch of these devices through a post on their website. The launch date, according to Flipkart is May 8, in particular. On the other hand, the launch of the OnePlus 7 smartphone will be launching on May 14.
The Google Pixel 3A is the mini version of the bigger Pixel 3 smartphone. In fact, the device will come with lower specifications in comparison to the Pixel 3. This is certainly a clear indication that Google is stepping towards making a hold in the mid-range market of smartphones.
Meanwhile, some specifications of the Google Pixel 3A and Pixel 3A XL were leaked on the Geek-bench website. The leaks suggest that the devices will commonly have 4GB of RAM and will run on Android v9.0 Pie. The Pixel 3A will sport the Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 chip-set. Whereas, the Pixel 3A XL will be powered by the higher Snapdragon 710 chip-set.
Finally, talking about the pricing and availability of the devices. These will carry a price tag of around Rs 20,000 and will be available to buy on Flip-kart.
