Chinese company Xiaomi finally comes with its smart LED bulb in India. It’s is available for quite a while in China, but now it will be made available in India on 26 April. Today, at 12 o’clock these LED bulbs will go on sale on mi.com/in, the official website of Mi India. In China, Yi Technologies sells these bulbs, which is a sub brand of Xiaomi.
Mostly, B22 bulb sockets are used in India and this bulb is based on E27 socket. So, if you are thinking of buying it, you may have to buy E27 to B22 converter. This, certainly will be available on any electronic shop, and you can also get it on online stores.
If we talk about the Specifications, this device has a 4.72 x 2.17 inch dimensions. It comes with a 10W power consumption. The color temperature is 1700K-6500K. Moreover, this device supports 16 million colors. A 120V and 60Hz voltage is required to power it up. It has an inbuilt wifi based on WiFi IEEE 802.11 technology. And, the company claims that this device can run comfortably for 11 years, without any issues.
Now, talking about some features, this device supports Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. This bulb can be easily controlled from any smartphone with the help of Mi Home App. Likewise, with this app, you can change the color of the device according to your requirement and mood. The company says that in this bulb you will not need any bridge. This means that no other device is required, and everything is inbuilt in it.
